Policies and Procedures
The below policies apply to space519.com purchases only (for our in-store return policy please see the very bottom of this section).
On- Line Return Policy:
Eligible items will be accepted for return within 7 days of delivery. Returns for eligible items (see below) must be authorized by us, with a valid RA number on the package, and returned via a traceable method within 7 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused and in the same condition as which they were received. Items must also be in their original packaging and have all original tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including gift cards and opened personal care items.
On-Line Return Process:
To complete your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a RA code. Please reference your order number, the item(s) and the reason(s) for the return. Provided you have complied with our policies detailed above, we will issue you an RA number. Please reference that number on the box and send back to us via a traceable method. Unless detailed otherwise via an eligible promotion specified at the time of purchase, you will be responsible for paying for the cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, and we have generated a return label for you. the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should ship all returned items via a traceable insured method - as we can not be held responsible for items which are lost or stolen en-route back to our store.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you have followed the process specified above, and if the item is received in returnable condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit applied via your original method of payment, within a 3 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund please remember that it may take us up to 3 business days after receipt of your returned item to process your refund. If that time has passed first contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some additional time for your refund to officially post back to your account.
Next contact your bank. After you've done all of this, and if you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com and we will investigate on our end.
Only regularly priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately all sale items are final sale.
If you wish to exchange an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchanges must comply to the same policies and terms detailed above.
In Store Return Policy:
Unopened and unused items will be accepted for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. All vintage, personal care, discounted and furniture items are Final Sale.
