We are thrilled to welcome Richard Christiansen—the visionary creative behind the iconic wellness brand Flamingo Estate—for an intimate dinner in The Lago Room at Plaza del Lago, celebrating his brand-new book, Pleasure Principles: An Almanac from the Garden.

The evening is a celebration of seasonal eating and a deeper connection to Mother Nature. Guests will enjoy a multi-course menu inspired directly by the recipes and rituals in the book, highlighting fresh, local ingredients. Richard will help guide guests through the seasonal know-how, rituals, and philosophy throughout the meal.
