Rubirosa’s

Rubirosa’s is the shop that all the Fashion Week regulars are currently buzzing about. And it lives up to the hype. Located on an under-the-radar street on the left bank, the tiny jewel box specializes in unisex sweaters, button up shirts, pajamas and Venetian loafers. The space is easy to miss, which adds to its appeal. The French proprietress has family roots in the Italian menswear business and the quality of each piece shines.  Everything is arranged meticulously in a presentation style that feels more like an upscale Italian Pasticceria vs a clothing boutique. And the fits are terrific - we were skeptical based on the unisex concept. The whole experience is unabashedly analog (they do not sell online) which makes it all the more special.
