Petit h - Hermès

Located within the exquisite Hermes left bank flagship – Petit h is one of the most interesting retail concepts in Paris.  The product derives from an experimental workshop in the house where leftover materials—leather, silk, hardware—are reimagined into one-of-a-kind objects. The assortment changes constantly, and part of the appeal is the unpredictability of what you’ll find. Items range from small accessories which sell for a couple hundred euros (think necklaces made from braided leather scarps) to over-the-top decorative items for the jet set (like a model boat masted with scarf remnants). The experience is not about shopping for something specific - but instead about discovering something you never knew you wanted.
