Musée Rodin

I love small museums. This one dedicated to the works of Auguste Rodin is one of the best in Paris. Set within a historic residence, the museum’s gardens are as important as the collection itself. Sculptures are placed throughout landscaped grounds, allowing for a slower more immersive experience. Inside, the rooms are intimate and focused - providing context for the works.  This is one of the few museums in Paris that feels calm and accessible. Best visited in good weather.
