Julia Child’s favorite French Restaurant is still solidly on point. Tucked into the Palais-Royal arcades it feels delightfully frozen in time. Regulars come for traditional dishes, strong wine and the wonderfully old-school dining room. The Escargot, Dover Sole and Steaks with Sauces are our consistent go-tos. It’s one of those places where lunch can easily stretch for hours. A must on our Paris itinerary for almost 2 decades.
